Tides to Table – A Solstice Celebration at Ambar

Join us as we celebrate one full year of Ambar Estate and the arrival of the Summer Solstice. We’re thrilled to partner with Alanna Kieffer of Shifting Tides, a leader in marine science education and regenerative seaweed in culinary with Winter Waters and Oregon Seaweed. We are also partnering with Jacobsen Salt Co., known for their hand-harvested salt from the Oregon coast, the perfect accoutrement to our seafood inspired menu. Together, we’ll present a deeply intentional, multi-course wine-paired dinner that honors the richness of our local waters and our shared regenerative values.

Set against the serene backdrop of Ambar Estate’s vineyards, this intimate dinner will feature a seafood-forward menu crafted from entirely local ingredients. Gather with us for a seasonal, story-filled experience honoring the ocean, the land, and our shared commitment to sustainability. This intimate evening is limited to just 30 guests.
