Experience our Dundee Hills estate overlooking Mount Hood and enveloped by tranquil gardens designed by Hoichi Kurisu.

Connoisseurs seeking an exceptional tasting experience will enjoy five rare and highly coveted wines, paired with small plates carefully curated to showcase the beauty of the wines and the vibrancy of Pacific Northwest cuisine. This fully private experience is hosted in one of our luxury hospitality suites, where a knowledgeable expert will guide you through the wine, our culinary pairings, and our Regenerative Organic Certified® viticulture practices. Wine featured will include friends of Ambar Estate.
