Framed by the iconic landscape of the Pacific Northwest, Ambar Estate is primarily composed of the Jory volcanic clay from which the famous “red hills” of Dundee take their name. We are proud that Ambar is the first Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyard in the Willamette Valley. We believe regenerative farming not only produces fruit that best expresses our storied terroir, but also contributes to a larger global climate solution.

— Pinot Noir & Chardonnay
Our goal is to channel the full potential of our remarkable estate fruit into Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with the structure to age alongside the greatest examples in the world. Rosé of Pinot Noir and sparkling wines will soon be joining our inaugural offerings.
