Our seated tasting will guide you through five highly sought-after Ambar wines intentionally crafted for elegance. Immerse yourself in the ambiance of Willamette Valley’s first Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyard as you sip and savor, learning about our commitment to sustainable practices that enrich the land. Experience our Dundee Hills estate overlooking Mount Hood and enveloped by tranquil gardens designed by Hoichi Kurisu.

Wine & Food Pairing Experience

Enjoy an elevated wine and food pairing experience in our private tasting room featuring five highly coveted wines alongside our chef -curated five-course menu. Each thoughtfully designed dish is crafted using locally sourced, organic ingredients to pair in perfect harmony with our estate grown wines. Hosted in one of our luxury hospitality suites, this guided experience showcases our wines paired with exquisite cuisine, the philosophy behind each pairing, and Ambar Estate’s Regenerative Organic Certified® farming practices. Please allow two and a half hours to enjoy this experience, contact our team directly if you do not see availability for your desired date.

Private Events

Curate a fully private experience in one of our luxury hospitality suites or takeover our entire estate overlooking Mount Hood and our Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyard. Our team will coordinate your event, guide you through an exploration of Ambar Estate wines, and Chef Heidi will create a custom menu to compliment our wines.

Reserved exclusively for our Silver and Gold Circle Members, this private experience offers a refined exploration of Ambar Estate through food and wine. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course lunch, showcasing exceptional local ingredients. Each course is intentionally crafted to complement our estate grown wines. To highlight the season, this chef-driven menu evolves as often as weekly.

Ambar has excellent wine and a beautiful setting, but there are a number of great Oregon wineries that have both. What really sets Ambar apart is the amazing food by Chef Heidi Whitney-Schile. Her food is incredible, unique, beautiful – and always something for everyone.

Ambar Estate property is STUNNING and the hospitality is gracious and knowledgeable – thank you, Connery! Wines are elegant and intriguing, and we enjoyed everything we tried – the Lustral Chardonnay and Sacra Terra Pinot Noir were standouts (and the ones we took home to enjoy). And the food… I’d come back again and again for it. We tried three tasting plates: cheese, charcuterie & crudité, and they were delicious, bountiful and beautifully showcased the wines poured.
It’s a really special place that’s now tops on our list. We’ll be back!

We had an absolutely delightful experience at Ambar. Our group of 4 was hosted in a private tasting room with the most beautiful views. Our host Connery had a great read on the room, providing just the right amount of details on each wine while also respecting our conversation. His timing was impeccable.
What’s than an incredible setting, with natural wine and good service? FOOD! The food pairings by Head Chef Heidi were impressive and the highlight of our conversation. My favorite was the snap pea salad and the deconstructed ramen. Delicious. Definitely going back!
