Raptor Experience

We often spot red-tailed hawks and kestrels in the skies over our vineyard and sometimes are gifted with a glimpse of a bald eagle. To celebrate Ambar’s biodiversity, a professional raptor handler and her birds will join us for an afternoon of discovery. Meet and learn about birds of prey and their role in the ecosystem as you enjoy Ambar wines. This complimentary event will be available throughout the day alongside our tasting experiences.
