Raise a glass to celebrate the debut of Ambar Estate’s first-ever sparkling wine, our highly anticipated 2022 Blanc de Blancs. We will be pouring the Blanc de Blancs for the first time at this brunch featuring courses thoughtfully crafted by Chef Heidi to highlight the wine’s freshness and elegance. Only 80 cases of the 2022 Blanc de Blancs were produced, and guests will have exclusive pre-access to purchase this special sparkling.
