We’re thrilled to partner with Alanna Kieffer of Shifting Tides, a leader in marine science education and regenerative seaweed in culinary with Winter Waters and Oregon Seaweed. We are also partnering with Jacobsen Salt Co., known for their hand-harvested salt from the Oregon coast, the perfect accoutrement to our seafood inspired menu. Together, we’ll present a deeply intentional, multi-course wine-paired dinner that honors the richness of our local waters and our shared regenerative values.\nSet against the serene backdrop of Ambar Estate’s vineyards, this intimate dinner will feature a seafood-forward menu crafted from entirely local ingredients. Gather with us for a seasonal, story-filled experience honoring the ocean, the land, and our shared commitment to sustainability. This intimate evening is limited to just 30 guests.\n
